Refund policy


Of course, it can happen that an item does not fit or is otherwise not good. That's no problem at Children's Clothing Partytime. If you have made this known within 14 days, we will ensure that you get the purchase amount back.

How can I return my items?
1. Send an email to and clearly state the following information:
• Your name
• Order number
• Name and item number of the items to be returned
• Reason for return (e.g. too large/small, does not meet expectations, damaged etc.)
2. After agreeing by e-mail and assigning a return number, package the items in the original packaging and send the package sufficiently franked to:

The shipping costs for your return shipment are at your own expense.

The surprise boxes can only be completely exchanged or returned.

Any claim to a discount promotion will lapse if you return items from an order and the total amount thus falls below the threshold amount of the action in question. This will be settled with the returned items.

If the order amount comes below the threshold for free shipping after returns, we are unfortunately obliged to deduct the shipping costs from the amount to be refunded.

Children's clothing Partytime reserves the right to refuse returns sent outside the set period, or garments that are not in the same condition as in which they were sent.
As soon as we have received your return in good order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You will receive the purchase amount back within 10 working days in the same way that you paid for the order. Please note that credit card refunds always depend on the credit card company.
